Jon Voight |

| Scénariste et acteur américain, né
le 29 décembre 1938 à Yonkers, New York
(Etats-Unis). Jon Voight débute en 1965 une carrière théatrale à Broadway. En 1967, il se tourne vers le cinéma. La consécration arrive en 1969 grâce à son rôle dans Macadam cowboy qui le voit nominé à l'Oscar du Meilleur acteur. L'Oscar arrivera en 1978 pour son rôle dans Le Retour (1978), lequel remportera également le prix d'interprétation à Cannes. En 1982, il co-écrit et coproduit Lookin' to Get Out, film familial puisqu'il rassemble autour de lui sa fille Angelina et son ex-femme Marcheline (divorcés depuis 1978). Après une longue période d'absence à l'écran, sa carrière reprend en force grâce à Heat en 1995. On le retrouvera dans Mission : impossible, Ennemi d'Etat, Pearl Harbor, et sous la houlette de grands réalisateurs (Francis F. Coppola, Oliver Stone). Il sera de nouveau face à sa fille dans Lara Croft : Tomb Raider en 2001. Information : Angelina a coupé les contacts avec lui, allant jusqu'à renier le nom de Voight pour des propos désobligeants qu'il a eus à son encontre. Jon a dit d'Angelina qu'elle était irresponsable, incapable de s'occuper de Maddox, folle à lier, et qu'elle devrait être enfermée dans un asile.
